I guess the best way to save a 17 year old center from being ripped apart by fans / veterans is to get a center (errr...power forward) to take the heat.
What can I say, Mitch Kupchak is learning to cover his assets. Does this mean that Chris Mihm can return to his face the basket game or will MJ have to come out of retirement to give KB pointers on keeping Kwame on his toes. He has had a lot of practice waiting for "Mr. Luvva Man" Slava to find a shot he doesn't like and join the rest of the team in the search of the ever elusive intangibles like defense, rebounds and keeping the knees of the 17 million dollar man, AKA: Brian Grant in good condition.
I for one am looking forward to the yogic jumping or whatever samadhic trance that Phil is needing to conjure up to get this team together under the salary cap. He is the solid point and true leader of this team's psyche and will be the focus of change in the years to come.
i'd give up a pack of sunflower seeds, a pack of garbage pail kids, the pink slip to my 1981 Nova (no engine) and maybe an MJ rookie card. Better yet I want the rookie card back with MJ's signature, cause this guy's trash !!!!!!
